Reminder: it is always best to park in outer parking spaces vs. driving all the way into the parking lot (Unless you reverse in).
Please leave the middle lane available and stay in lines for vehicles coming in and out of the parking lot. Street parking is ALWAYS available, but please be aware of parking signs.
Appointment & Cancellation Policies

We kindly ask that you respect the following if you need to cancel or change your appointment...
72-hour notice for all Microblading appointments, Lash full sets, and Lash Lifts + Brow lamination combo
24-hour notice for all Lash touch ups, Lash lifts, Brow laminations, wax/tweeze, tints
NO SHOWS or NO CALLS will automatically obtain a FULL & NON-REFUNDABLE payment of missed appointments prior to or during the next visit. Clients who cancel less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. We require a deposit for all first-time appointments.

If you arrive late, we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service fee.

If it’s been longer than 5 weeks since your last fill, we will need to book you for a “returning client full set” as most people’s lashes last about 2 - 4 weeks.

Please choose "Visiting Client Touch Up”, if it has been 2 to 3 weeks since your last touch-up. Prices may vary due to your current lash extensions condition.
If you still have lashes on from another studio and are looking for a full set, lash removal is required. Please choose the "lash removal" option along with your full set request.
